Cancellation and Refund for Fresh Cream Cakes: We understand that plans can change. For Fresh Cream Cakes, we accept cancellations made at least 6 days before the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made within 6 days of the delivery date. Cancellation and Refund for Fondant Cakes: Similarly, for Fondant Cakes, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 7 days prior to the delivery date. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 7 days of the delivery date. If you need guidance or support, our team is just a phone call away.
Damages or Misspelled Cakes: In the rare event that your cake arrives damaged or with misspellings, please inform us within 5 hours of the delivery via WhatsApp, call, or email, and include pictures of all sides of the cake. Our customer service agents are available from 9 am to 9 pm to address and resolve any issues. Rest assured that all our cakes undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you have concerns about cake quality, please return the cake with a minimum of 90% size in its original box, as refunds cannot be processed without these conditions met.
Investigation for Cake Issues: If a cake is picked up for investigation and it is confirmed that The Bakers Shop is not at fault, refunds will not be processed.
Refund Inquiries: For any inquiries or complaints related to refunds, we kindly request that you communicate with us via email at email@example.com. Please note that our email team retains the authority to process refunds.
We strive to ensure prompt and efficient cake deliveries. Standard delivery occurs between 9 am and 9 pm, while priority delivery slots are available from 10 am – 3 pm, 3 pm – 8 pm, 6 pm – 10 pm, and 10 pm – 2 am. Although we successfully deliver 99% of orders on the scheduled day and time, external factors such as traffic, breakdowns, accidents, and adverse weather may occasionally cause delays. Please understand that we cannot offer compensation for late deliveries that are within 2 hours of the chosen delivery time.
For customers residing in apartments or flats, please consider collecting your order from the driver outside your building due to potential parking restrictions and charges. If you have special requirements, especially if you are disabled and need assistance, kindly inform us after placing your order.
Free Delivery and Coupon Codes: Please note that free delivery and coupon codes are applicable exclusively for online delivery and collection orders.
Finally, we request customers to understand that cancellation requests for bespoke cakes must be communicated to us at least 20 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
